About the Service

VisualFieldTracker helps you record and compare personal visual-field observations. It can provide a general indication of what you noticed during a test, but it is not a medical test or medical device. It does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat any disease and is not a substitute for an examination by a qualified eye-care professional.

Your results

Results can be affected by your screen, viewing distance, lighting, fixation, browser, input method, fatigue, and other testing conditions. Comparisons and scores describe differences between recorded sessions; they are not clinical assessments.

Do not use the Service to make healthcare decisions or delay professional care. Consult an eye-care professional if you have concerns or notice changes in your vision. Seek urgent medical assistance for sudden vision loss, a sudden change in vision, an eye injury, severe eye pain, or another urgent symptom. Please also read the Disclaimer.

Your account and information

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, and use the Service only for lawful personal purposes. Accounts require administrator approval. You retain your rights in the observations you record.

The Service processes your account information and visual-field observations to provide its features and keep it secure. Visual-field observations may reveal sensitive health-related information. The privacy notice should be read alongside these terms.

Availability and responsibility

The Service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be changed, unavailable, or contain errors. Keep an independent copy of information that is important to you.

To the extent permitted by law, VisualFieldTracker is not responsible for medical or personal decisions based on test results, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

While all the reasonable measures are taken to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Service, VisualFieldTracker does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes and acceptance

The terms may be updated when the Service or legal requirements change. A new version date will be displayed, and any notice or renewed acceptance required by applicable law will be obtained.
